As in the other publications of the collection, the second edition of Better Packaging Better World brings together the entire packaging system, from concepts to final disposal, including market, design, trends, innovation, materials, processes, machinery and the delicate matter of sustainability. Prepared by a multidisciplinary team, the book addresses, in a simple and accessible way, the universe of the packaging sector for packaging converters and consumer products industries. Our goal for this new book is that it can serve as a training resource for new professionals, bring updated content for the experts in the sector and become a knowledge reference. The second edition of Better Packaging Better World, expanded and updated, aims to be a benchmark in the industry to support the development of better packaging and drive the creation and innovation of packaging based on solid, unbiased and impartial content. The collection was first created in 2014 and it has already launched four books: the complete book, Flexible Packaging, Paperboard Packaging, Aluminum Packaging. All books are available on the same platform, which is the collection's website: www.betterpackagingbetterworld.com The new book of the collection, totally redesigned with new chapters, photos, and updated information, comes in two volumes: Portuguese and English. The goal is to reach more professionals, in more places, through the expansion of the network of bookstores and with the help of the sponsors and supporters of the Packaging Institute. Better World, o conteúdo da primeira edição de Embalagem Melhor Mundo Melhor reúne todo o sistema de embalagem, desde conceitos até a disposição final, incluindo mercado, design, tendências, inovações, materiais, processos, máquinas e a delicada questão da sustentabilidade. Preparado por uma equipe multidisciplinar, o livro aborda, de forma simples e acessível, o universo da indústria de embalagem para os convertedores de embalagens e indústrias de produtos de consumo. A intenção é que o livro seja utilizado para capacitar novos profissionais, atualizar os atuais e servir de fonte de consulta de conhecimento em embalagens. A primeira edição de Embalagem Melhor Mundo Melhor, ampliada e atualizada, pretende ser uma referência no setor para apoiar no desenvolvimento de melhores embalagens e ajudar a criar e inovar a partir de conhecimento sólido, isento e imparcial. A coleção nasceu, em 2014, e já tem quatro livros: o completo (primeira edição apenas em inglês), Embalagens Flexíveis, Embalagens de Papelcartão e Embalagens de Alumínio.
